Dr. Warren reviewed the topics he covered at 2022 Retreat, we read from the PLIM Blogs posted above, and covered the points below. The discussion was video taped and the webinar is available to PLIM Members.




Green/Paris Climate Accord by Dr. Lee Warren


In short, Paris Climate Accord was signed by 194 nations including US President Biden 46.


Many in the West especially in the EU have banned fossil fuels and replaced them with so-called clean environment friendly solar and wind.


The Paris Climate Accord’s purpose is as follows posted on the UN website under Climate Action. “To tackle climate change and its negative impacts, world leaders at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP21) in Paris reached a break through on 12 December 2015: the historic Paris Agreement."
The United States Officially Rejoins the Paris Agreement

• Few understand that natural/physical pollution of the earth is a reflection of the pollution of the mind. Rom. 1:19-20
• Pollution of the mind began to be manifest with Adam’s and Eve’s transgression in their consciousness from a spiritual mind to a carnal state of condemnation and death spiritually.
• Pollution of the mind consists of the toxic spiritual attributes of hate, malice, murder, jealousy, idolatry etc., the Apostle Paul called the works of the flesh (Gal. 5:19-21)
• This polluted-minded state was magnified by Yahweh giving the tables of stones (Ten Commandment Law) to Moses and Israel.
• These laws were broken by Israel and Yahweh told Jeremiah the prophet that He would write the law within their hearts and minds and not in tables of stone (Jer. 31:31-34).
• It was Yahshua the Messiah that ended the Old Covenant, Law of Moses and replaced it with the New Covenant at the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Yahshua transformed the carnal-minded state of pollution into a spiritually minded state “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Rom 8:6)
• Natural pollution can never be rectified, for it is a reflect of what is in the Consciousness.
• The Messiah pointed out that the ground is symbolic of the mind. As words are planted in the mind, seeds are planted in the earth.
• What is imagined in man’s consciousness is physically manifested by some action. “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: … (Proverbs 23:7)”
• Banning fossil fuel cannot work because wind and solar are not continuous forms of energy. This means the sun doesn’t shine 24/7 and the wind doesn’t blow 24/7.
• The Messiah pointed out to His disciple Phillip when he asked the Messiah to show them the Father. The Messiah said: “Yahshua (Jesus) saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.” (Jn.  14:9-10)
• Here lies the heart of the issue for banning fossil fuel from the earth. The Messiah told His disciples that the words He spoke were not of Himself, but it was the Father, Yahweh, the nine divine attributes in the Pure Spirit State speaking and doing the work or the miracles through Him.
• So it is the 9 divine attributes that is the parent source and substance of all things.
• Likewise, the earth is a parent substance of all things made in the physical realm. (Rom 1:19-20) Thus, it’s the fossil fuel that is the parent energy doing the work in the earth realm and not solar or wind.
• The earth is the parent source of all things in the earth reflecting Yahweh in the Pure Spirit State being the source and substance.
• Both solar and wind represent the resurrection of spirit.
• Thus, the earth, solar, and wind operate as one or a Unity.
• Solar and wind could never replace fossil fuels because they come from the earth which is the parent source in this realm.
• Thus, banning fossil fuel is ludicrous and would be like banning Yahweh, the Pure Spirit Substance of all things angelic and physical which is an impossibility.
• Those nations that implement this will decline in living standard of their citizens and decline in the nation’s productivity.

Now there is a strong possibility he will be tried as alleged by a warrant for withholding various secrets and top secret documents from the government Archives.

Few Americans have any understanding of what this means, what will be the outcome for the US and how this is correlated with the purpose, plan by the divine pattern of Elohim, the archetype pattern of the universe.


Now a few pundits and patriots may some understanding of what is occurring in this country.


Only those with a profound understanding of the Law of Moses (Torah) and the prophets can understand President Trump being prosecuted so many times.

First time Yahshua was tried before Pilate.


“And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate. And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Cæsar, saying that he himself is Christ a King. And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it. Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man. And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place. When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilæan. And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.”

Second time Yahshua was tried, He appeared before Herod.


“And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him. Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing. And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him. And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate. And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves.”

Third time Yahshua was tried, He appeared for a second time before Pilate.


“And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people, said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him: No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him. I will therefore chastise him, and release him. (For of necessity he must release one unto them at the feast.) And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas: (who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.) But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go. And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed. And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.”
