Introduction
As was stated in Part One of this discussion, all events in the earth plane in this age are replays of Elohim’s spiritual principles in accordance to His purpose, plan and the Archetype Pattern of Elohim.
Events are not random, but are ordered and foreknown as the law and prophets prophesied concerning the coming of the Messiah.
Now the Afghanistan debacle was also foreknown. As was shown in Part One, Biden’s demented state was a repeat of the insanity of David and the King of Babylon Nebuchadnezzar, explained on a spiritual level by using the Archetype Pattern of the Universe.
All of this bungling by demented President Biden had to have some help to so royally mess up this Afghanistan withdrawal.
As the prophets Isaiah said: “To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” (Isa. 8:20)
Thus, the only way to arrive at the truth of this situation is through the use of the Law and Prophets. Without them there can be no light or understanding of the crisis President Biden and the US are in. Using political and geopolitic explanations on their own doesn’t give a full understanding of the situation.

Now some of the most important points of Part One follow:
The Taliban and the US are replaying the roles of the Old Testament or Old Order and New Testament or New Order respectively.
This explains the cycle from tyranny to freedom, which the US gave to the Afghan people by their invasion.
Now the US withdrawal and turning power over to the Taliban is going from freedom to tyranny.
This is a repeat of spiritual Israel under grace and faith of the New Testament being put back under bondage of the Old Covenant.
Gal. 5:1 “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”
With the US leaving and turning over control of Afghanistan to the Taliban is a reversal of freedom and liberty to bondage and tyranny.
These are the basic principles discussed in Part One.

Most will try to discuss this along political and economic lines. The US is broke. They already spent over $2 trillion over 20 years in Afghanistan and wanted to cut their losses and leave. This is one line of thought.

To look at this on a divine, metaphysical, spiritual level requires the understanding of the law and testimony which reveals the purpose and plan of Elohim in accordance to the pattern of the tabernacle.
Now under the Law of Moses Yahweh said He would make Israel the head over their enemies, as long as they were obedient. If they were disobedient, He would make their enemies their head and Israel, the tail. Quoting the law.
“13 And Yahweh will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the Yahweh your Elohim, which I command you today, being careful to do them, Deut. 28:13
In the prophets or testimony, Yahweh said He would punish Israel for their arrogance and disobedience cutting the head and tail of Israel.
“Yahweh has sent a word against Jacob, and it will fall on Israel; 9 and all the people will know, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart: 10 “The bricks have fallen, but we will build with dressed stones; the sycamores have been cut down, but we will put cedars in their place.” 11 But Yahweh raises the adversaries of Rezin against him, and stirs up his enemies. 12 The Syrians on the east and the Philistines on the west devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger has not turned away, and his hand is stretched out still. 13 The people did not turn to him who struck them, nor inquire of Yahweh of hosts. 14 So Yahweh cut off from Israel head and tail, palm branch and reed in one day— 15 the elder and honored man is the head, and the prophet who teaches lies is the tail; 16 for those who guide this people have been leading them astray, and those who are guided by them are swallowed up.” (Isa. 9:8-16)
Now in the time of fulfillment with Yahshua the Messiah, John the Baptist’s head was chopped off. John the Baptist was the last prophet under the law of Moses whose job was to point out the Messiah who was the end of the law. (Rom. 10:4-6). Since the Law would end at the Messiah’s death burial and resurrection, John the Baptist had to play the role of the Law ending by having his head cut off.
This is the long way around to explain the US is the head, but due to arrogance and disobedience, they are being made to look like the tail. Thus, in this situation, the Taliban is the head for they dictated to the US.
Another way to look at the US being subject to the Taliban is believers of the New Covenant were made subject to rulers of Israel under the Old Covenant
“And Saul was consenting unto his (Stephen’s) death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles. … 3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.” (Acts 8:1,3)
Here Paul imprisoned many believers. For this to repeat today, many Americans and Afghans who worked with the US are being held hostages of the Taliban.

The political pundits have many opinions for why the US left $80-$90 billion of military equipment to the Taliban. Many think it was due to incompetence of the demented Biden’s team, which it was or some other agenda not revealed at this time.
Looking at this from a spiritual stand point, leaving the military weapons for the Taliban symbolically represent giving them powers.
Now for the US to give powers to the Taliban by leaving the military equipment is a repeat of what the Apostle John saw in his vision that the beast got its power from the dragon (Rev. 13:4-5).
Now this is hard to be understood why the US gave powers to the Taliban. Remember, it is the powers of darkness, spiritual wickedness in high places (Eph. 6:12), that control the US powers, such as the Council of Foreign Affairs.

Now Israel means having power with Elohim. It was the name Jacob received after wrestling with the angel (Gen. 32nd).
This power was conditional as long as Israel was obedient. If they weren’t obedient, their power would be given to their adversaries to rule over them.
Now when the Messiah had resurrected from the grave and appeared to His disciples He told them “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” (Matt. 28:18).
So at the beginning of this age the beast was given power from the dragon.
“4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.” (Rev. 13:4-5)
So the Biden’s team being controlled by the infamous CFR and dark forces, left the military equipment for the Taliban to perpetuate their hidden agenda. Will there be more terrorist attacks? It will be revealed in time.

Many of our allies have sought help from President Putin of Russia to try to get their citizens out of Afghanistan.

Here we have an odd couple working together with Russia since Russia is an enmity against many of the western nations seeking their help.
Did Yahweh set this up this way? Now this is a repeat of Israel seeking help from their enemies. This is a violation of the law of Moses for they were to trust in Yahweh.
Here are a few examples where Israel kings, such as King Hoshea, and the rulers of Judah, sought help from their enemy Egypt to their enemy’s enemy Assyrian.
“King Hoshea of the northern kingdom of Israel sought help from Egypt when he purposed to deny Assyria tribute money (2 Kings 17:1–4). Hoshea suffered the consequences, for Assyria's response was to conquer Israel's capital city of Samaria and take the Israelites into exile (vv. 5–41).
Later, Judah's rulers also turned to Egypt for help. Two decades after Samaria fell in 722 BC, Judah asked Egypt for help when it chose to rebel against Assyria, to which it had been paying tribute since Ahaz invited the empire to meddle in Judah's affairs through an alliance against Syria and Israel in 735 BC (16:1–9). Judah rebelled against Assyria during the reign of King Hezekiah in about 701 BC (18:1–7), and the account of this rebellion in 2 Kings 18 reveals that Judah appealed to Egypt for military aid during the conflict (vv. 19–21). This is the setting for Isaiah's warning in today's passage that Judah should not seek Egypt's help against Assyria (Isa. 30:1–7).
“Although Hezekiah features prominently in Isaiah's later chapters (36–39), he is not mentioned or condemned in Isaiah 30:1–7. This is probably because he did not initiate the contact with Egypt but was forced into the alliance by his advisors. In any case, the turn to Egypt manifested great sin, for it demonstrated Judah's failure to seek God as its rock and shelter (Ps. 18:2). For Judah to trust Egypt was to "add sin to sin" (Isa. 30:1). This likely refers back to Ahaz's initial sin of turning to Assyria for help against Syria and Israel (2 Kings 16:1–9; Isa. 7). Judah sinned decades earlier and invited trouble by trusting imperial military might and not the Lord against other human powers. In Hezekiah's day, the people did it again, trusting Egypt and not the Lord against Assyria. In the fulfillment, Israel’s priests sought help from their enemies, Pontus Pilate and King Herod. to crucify Yahshua the Messiah.
Thus, our allies are beginning to seek help from their enemies.

Time first 5:48 minutes, lists all the nations who declined after fighting in Afghanistan.
The US status has been badly damaged as their allies have sought help from Russia. Although demented Biden with his spin masters have heralded the withdrawal as a success and victory.
Yahweh cast down the King of Babylon and Israel and He said: “15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. 16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;” (Isa. 14:16)
Likewise, the US has lost its prestige among it allies among the nations of the world by letting a great technological nation be beaten by some 4th century, low-budget holy warriors and suicide bombers, as the scriptures have shown with Babylon.
This is an excellent example of Yahweh taking the debase things to confound the mighty.
I Cor. 1:27 "But Yahweh (God) hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and Yahweh (God) hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;”

Yes, this Biden debacle caused the allies not to trust the US. Other nations are also wondering if the US will honor the treaties they have with the US.
Yahweh said to Israel under the law their enemies will be victorious over them for their disobedience, Yahweh ”….shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: …” ( Deut. 28:25)
In the prophets, Yahweh said to Israel: “Therefore, thus says Yahweh (the Lord): You have not obeyed me by proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother and to his neighbor; …. I will make you a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth.” (Jer. 34:17)
With Biden’s Afghanistan debacle nations are looking in horror at how the US is being governed by a demented president.
In the fulfillment, Israel’s chief priests and others were spiritually demented for they were unable to recognize the Savior because of their delusionary beliefs in the Old Covenant. The whole world of Israel under the Old Covenant collapsed as the Old Covenant ended thus presenting Israel’s religious leaders with horror for they had lost all their power. Power was given to the New Covenant and the believers.
By the US failing to honor the principles of liberty and freedom, their allies began to despise them, but their enemies rejoiced.

Now the spiritual principle involved here is the consequences of violating the New Covenant principles.
Disobedience of Adam and Eve, and Israel under the law always suffered a decline and the enemy Lucifer is allowed to rule. Violating spiritual principles always led to a decline in status and the enemy gaining power.
As stated earlier, as the Holy Spirit was poured out on the Apostles after 34 years of the Messiah’s life (33 years in the flesh and the 34th year in the spirit) and they were given power, the dragon gave the beast power to rule for 42 months or as Dr. Kinley wrote AD 34 + 1260 years + 666 = 1960.
So the US enemies are taking advantage of the US demise to perpetuate their agenda.

Many of our allies have sought help from President Putin of Russia to try to get their citizens out of Afghanistan.

Here we have an odd couple working together with Russia since Russia is an enmity against many of the western nations seeking their help.
Did Yahweh set this up this way? Now this is a repeat of Israel seeking help from their enemies. This is a violation of the law of Moses for they were to trust in Yahweh.
Here are a few examples where Israel kings, such as King Hoshea, and the rulers of Judah, sought help from their enemy Egypt to their enemy’s enemy Assyrian.
“King Hoshea of the northern kingdom of Israel sought help from Egypt when he purposed to deny Assyria tribute money (2 Kings 17:1–4). Hoshea suffered the consequences, for Assyria's response was to conquer Israel's capital city of Samaria and take the Israelites into exile (vv. 5–41).
Later, Judah's rulers also turned to Egypt for help. Two decades after Samaria fell in 722 BC, Judah asked Egypt for help when it chose to rebel against Assyria, to which it had been paying tribute since Ahaz invited the empire to meddle in Judah's affairs through an alliance against Syria and Israel in 735 BC (16:1–9). Judah rebelled against Assyria during the reign of King Hezekiah in about 701 BC (18:1–7), and the account of this rebellion in 2 Kings 18 reveals that Judah appealed to Egypt for military aid during the conflict (vv. 19–21). This is the setting for Isaiah's warning in today's passage that Judah should not seek Egypt's help against Assyria (Isa. 30:1–7).
“Although Hezekiah features prominently in Isaiah's later chapters (36–39), he is not mentioned or condemned in Isaiah 30:1–7. This is probably because he did not initiate the contact with Egypt but was forced into the alliance by his advisors. In any case, the turn to Egypt manifested great sin, for it demonstrated Judah's failure to seek God as its rock and shelter (Ps. 18:2). For Judah to trust Egypt was to "add sin to sin" (Isa. 30:1). This likely refers back to Ahaz's initial sin of turning to Assyria for help against Syria and Israel (2 Kings 16:1–9; Isa. 7). Judah sinned decades earlier and invited trouble by trusting imperial military might and not the Lord against other human powers. In Hezekiah's day, the people did it again, trusting Egypt and not the Lord against Assyria. They were putting their confidence in the weakness of men and not the strength of the Creator, a foolish move in any situation” (Isa. 30:7).

In the fulfillment, Israel’s priests sought help from their enemies, Pontus Pilate and King Herod. to crucify Yahshua the Messiah.
Thus, our allies are beginning to seek help from their enemies.

Likewise, the US has lost its prestige among it allies among the nations of the world by letting a great technological nation be beaten by some 4th century, low-budget holy warriors and suicide bombers, as the scriptures have shown with Babylon.
This is an excellent example of Yahweh taking the debase things to confound the mighty.

Yes, this Biden debacle caused the allies not to trust the US. Other nations are also wondering if the US will honor the treaties they have with the US.
Yahweh said to Israel under the law their enemies will be victorious over them for their disobedience, Yahweh ”….shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: …” ( Deut. 28:25)
In the prophets, Yahweh said to Israel: “Therefore, thus says Yahweh (the Lord): You have not obeyed me by proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother and to his neighbor; …. I will make you a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth.” (Jer. 34:17)
With Biden’s Afghanistan debacle nations are looking in horror at how the US is being governed by a demented president.
In the fulfillment, Israel’s chief priests and others were spiritually demented for they were unable to recognize the Savior because of their delusionary beliefs in the Old Covenant. The whole world of Israel under the Old Covenant collapsed as the Old Covenant ended thus presenting Israel’s religious leaders with horror for they had lost all their power. Power was given to the New Covenant and the believers.
By the US failing to honor the principles of liberty and freedom, their allies began to despise them, but their enemies rejoiced.

So the US enemies are taking advantage of the US demise to perpetuate their agenda.
